Various Reiki methods exist, and at Functional Vitality, we practice the hands-on Reiki technique. Reiki is compatible with all conditions, religious/spiritual beliefs, and healthcare regimens.

Restorative session combining the power of essential oils with gentle guidance, therapeutic touch and/or Reiki to assist with letting go of stuck emotions, subconscious patterns, and energetic blockages. Ideal for those feeling weighed down or stuck in old stories. Each session will involve essential oils applied directly to the skin.
